CST of The Year - Monday, January 09, 2012

Congratulations to Mary Hamlin, CST, CSFA of Florence, SC.  Ms. Hamlin was selected for SCSA's first CST of the Year Award.  Presented at the Fall 2011 Business meeting and workshop Mrs. Hamlin received a plaque and gift certificates to attend two SCSA sponsored workshops.  Nominated by Dr. Kenneth Kammer, a Neurosurgeon at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Ms. Hamlin has been a Surgical Technologist for 37 years.  On her nomination form Dr. Kammer described Mrs.Hamlin as "the most talented, able and committed surgical technologist I have ever known."  The SCSA Board of Directors  would like to congratulate all of the nominees for this year.  It was a very difficult decision because everyone deserved an award.
